|Sprint||For those critical deliveries. Delivery times are 30 minutes in downtown Ottawa and 60 minutes citywide.|
|Rush||When it's important, but not critical. Citywide delivery is within 2 hours.|
|Shuttle||When more flexibility is available for your delivery time allowing for a savings on the service cost. Citywide delivery is within 4 hours. Orders must be placed before 2:00pm to allow for delivery by the end of business day.|

Envelopes and packages can be picked up and delivered door to door to most Canadian centres within the same day (subject to flight availability). Overnight door to door service is available as well to major centres and a 2 day service to all other areas.

Our online ordering system allows you to place requests for pick-ups and deliveries using your computer and then track the progress of your requests. E-mail confirmation of your completed delivery is available upon request.
Details for each of your transactions are included on your semi-monthly invoice. The transaction date, reference number, pick-up and delivery name and address, service requested, recipients name, itemized costing and sub-total amounts for your predetermined files or cost centres are presented with the goal of assisting you in reconciling your invoice with ease.
